Hello! I’m Shelly and I love Davidson and the entire Lake Norman area!  I am a real estate professional with a diverse background that blends my expertise in real estate, the fashion industry, and client services! In my role as a real estate expert, I leverage my knowledge of the housing market and my passion for helping clients find their ideal homes. I understand that moving is more than just a change of address—it’s a significant life event. Relocating from out of town?   I have done multiple times in my own life.  That’s why I’m committed to guiding you through every step of the process, from identifying the perfect property to ensuring a smooth and stress-free move.  

But my services don’t stop there. With a background in luxury fashion and design as well, I also offer guidance on how to best present your home visually along with sharing significant information and tools that will give you the very best leverage to sell your property.

And as a real estate investor who has flipped a few houses I also understand the complexity of real estate investing marketplace. 

When learning my husband’s job would relocate us here in 2017, it was the Davidson and Lake Norman area that immediately had my heart.  And still does. I currently live in Davidson with my husband and two pets.  When not working, you will likely find me spending time with my grown children & family, traveling, giving back to others and my community, and enjoying the outdoors and benefits of living in this wonderful place!
